We are looking for “Process Engineer” to work in our Tarsus Plant team!

Required Qualifications:

• Graduated from universities Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Enginnering  departments,
• Minimum 2 years process experience (having worked in the Glasswool/Stonewool or Glass industry is preferred)
• Strong communication and representation skills, able to work process and result oriented, strong analytical perspective and business follow-up,
• Ability to perform under time pressure and constantly changing environment,
• Experience with Quality Management systems,
• Advanced level of written & spoken English,
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (SAP- PowerBI knowledge is plus)
• No travel restrictions,
• Willing to live in the Adana or Mersin.

Job Description:

• To support Production Line Units Systems in accordance with the full compliance with safety instructions,  process conditions and to ensure continuous efficiency,
• Monitoring and inspecting process operations in units and taking the necessary precautions to ensure high productivity and efficiency,
• To schedule the necessary hot repair and maintenance activities in the furnace and to ensure that these activities are carried out on time,
• Following up all the process parameters and prepare reports,
• To support safety culture and maintain a safe working environment,
• Collaborate with other departments like quality control, maintenance, supply chain, HR…,
• Manage KPI’s related to process lines,
• Create, update and check operational procedures, instructions and forms in accordance with quality management system.
